Steps for Adjusting a Customer's Reward Points
- Click Point of Sale > Customers.
- Search for the Customer and click the name you want.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Adjust the Reward Points. You can also view, delete, or create reward coupons for the customer by clicking View Coupons.
- Scroll to the bottom of the panel and click Save.
