If you have something you need to capture and a single image just won't do, there are a couple of free utilities that might be good options.
Jing
This wonderful utility is made by Techsmith, and is easy to learn and to use. Click here to go to Techsmith.com and download Jing for either Windows or Mac. Click the image below for quick and easy tutorials on how to use Jing.
Screenpresso
Where Jing gives you a URL to play a video, Screenpresso will save an MP4 video file. One advantage of this method is there are no limits on your use of this utility. Click here to go to Screenpresso.com and download the free utility. They support only Windows. Click the image below to see their tutorials
Once you have saved the MP4 file to your computer, if it is a small enough video file (less than 20mb) you can send it through most email interfaces as an attachment. That size or smaller should be fine for submitting video screen captures to Support to show us what is going on.
If the file is larger than 20mb, in the Rain system, you can go to Website > Files > Documents and upload the video file there. Our system can take files up to 100mb in size.
Please Note: If you have problems with either of these two utilities, you will need to contact the support team for either Techsmith or Screenpresso to get help, Rain Retail does not do support for third party applications.
