On April 27th, 2018 we released an update that improves both the functionality and convenience of the Review Request Tool . Please note, this change only affects customers who have the marketing package.
Review Request Tool Changes
1. Customer Search Function Added to Request Review Page
You can now search for the customer in the Review Request page under Marketing>Request Review.
2. Request Review Tool Added to Register Screen
We also added the ability to send customers Request Reviews via text or email directly to the till page. Once the transaction is complete the option to send the review request will appear on the receipt option page.
The tool will send the request to either the customers cellphone or email, not both. If the customer does not have a phone number in their profile then the tool will default to sending the email. You may change the phone number and email in the request review checkbox.
*Note: The Request Review checkbox will not appear if the transaction was completed without a customer
