Serial Number Condition Levels
Added the ability to track serial numbers by Condition Level. Merchants would like to track all serial numbers of a given product as one single product. Adding this functionality allows stores to not have to create different products for their new and used serialized items. This is the first feature of many dealing with condition levels.
Here is how to utilize this feature:
- Contact Support at 385-404-6200, option 2 to have this feature activated.
- Go to Settings > POS Settings > Products and turn on the Item Conditions there, then click Save.
- Choose which conditions you would like to use in your store. Some store owners may only want a couple conditions and others might like to utilize many more.
- Go to Products > Products and search for a serialized product to which you wish to add an Item Condition, click to open the product in the Edit view. Scroll down to the Inventory area and click the Change link to open the Inventory panel. You will see the new drop-list for Item Condition in the panel.
ImprovedView Special Orders on Receiving Orders
When viewing a Receiving Order, we added the ability to view which Special Orders were received on the RO. We also added the ability to reprint the notification ticket for the Special Order.
Fixed an issue where Purchase Orders were not pulling in all low inventory. This usually occurred when the Reorder Point and Desired Stock Level were the same.
Serialized Inventory History
Fixed an issue where the Rent to Own ID on serialized inventory history was displaying wrong ID. It was pulling a global ID rather than a store-specific ID.
Multiple Special Orders on a Purchase Order / Receiving Order
Fixed an issue where multiple special order items could not be added and received through a single purchase order. You can now add as many Special Orders as you like to a Purchase Order, and receive each one properly on your Receiving Orders.
Sales by Item Report
Fixed an issue where items were being reported based on the assigned Primary Vendor and not the actual vendor the inventory was purchased from.
Barcode Labels for Option Products
Fixed an issue where printing barcode labels for products with options would result in data from a different option from the same product to print out on the label. Now the system will print the proper Option(s) you have selected to print to barcode labels.
Fixed an issue where PayPal orders that included special characters in the name or address would cause the order to not show any of the items in the order, as well as other order details.
Multi-Location Rental Inventory
Fixed a multi-location bug where available rental inventory was pulling from one main location instead of the specific location assigned in the till.
