Add Products in Bulk from Catalog
Added the ability to add more than one catalog item at a time. From Products > Products, click the arrow next to the New Product button and you'll see an updated drop-list. Click Bulk Add from Catalog.
This panel will open, allowing you to search by vendor, or to type in keywords. Please Note; the search by Category is not yet enabled in this section, but is planned for near-term development. Select the vendor in order to browse and or search for products. Click the check-boxes for as many as you would like to add, then click Add Items at the bottom.
Customer Profile Rent to Own Tab
Added a tab on the Customer profile that shows RTO contracts. This is a quick way to be able to see contract information on one single customer rather than going to list of RTO's in the system.
Added a new item under the POS menu for a Quotes list. This page allows merchants to view all open quotes, filter them through the included search, as well as the option to delete the quotes.
ImprovedRTO/RTR Schools Drop-List
Made the School fields on a RTO/RTR contract into drop-lists. We previously created a way to add school districts and schools in Settings, so this feature now allows for those to be utilized on the contract. We also migrated the current school district and school values from contracts into the settings list so that those didn't have to be manually entered.
We now show the expiration date next to each reward coupon in the Customer Actions panel in the register (the panel that opens if you click any of the icons in the upper right of the Register). If they don't expire, no date is displayed.
Search by Company in the Register Customer Search
Updated the Customer search in the Register so that when searching by company name, the company name would actually display in the results next to the customer's name.
Added the PO# / RO# column to the Vendor history tab. The number is also a link and when clicked on, will pull up the Purchase Order / Receiving Order.
PO | RO Search by Product
Improved the PO and RO list page search so that you can search for a product by SKU / MFR ID / UPC and it will display all the orders that contain that product.
Editable PO Notes
Enhanced purchase orders so that notes can always be edited.
Fixed an issue where selecting departments or categories wasn't functioning within the Coupons page (under Products > Coupons).
Fixed an issue where the search was case-sensitive and so search results wouldn't display in some cases.
Fixed an issue where discounts were being removed from the web order totals after any manual adjustments were made to the shipping cost.
Fixed an issue where some authorized web orders were getting an error when trying to capture funds that exactly matched the authorized amount "Current amount exceeds Authorized amount."
Fixed issue where the Customer panel was not working from within the work order and was displaying an error when trying to create a new customer or trying to view the profile of an existing customer.
Web Order In-store Pickup
Fixed an issue where orders marked for "in-store pickup" could not be marked as completed. Previously, the only way to complete a web order was to mark it as "shipped." This would result in a shipment notification email being sent to the customer, when actually the order was picked up in the store. After this change, you will now be able to Mark as Picked Up when the customer picks up their order.
No shipment notification email will be sent to the customer when an order is marked as "Picked Up." The fulfillment status will now show as Picked Up.
The Status drop-list for Orders will now show Shipped/Picked Up as an option.
