Work Order History for Serialized Items
Added a feature so that Work Orders show up as an event on the Manage Serialized Inventory page. This allows for stores to be able to see a more complete historical picture of a particular serial number.
Update Browser Prompt
On the screen you see when you log into the system, if you are using a browser we determine to be too old to properly work with our software, the system will now prompt you to update your browser.
Web Transaction Search
Added a Search field to the Orders module which will allow you to search for a specific transaction and go directly to the details page. Also adjusted the global search so that a web transaction will also take you to the order details page. These improvements remove the number of steps required to get to this page.
Needs Review Filter for Bulk Added Products
After bulk-adding products from the Catalog, the product list page will display just these items. We made a change so that when products are added via this method, they are flagged with the following: Needs Review. This is a type of filter on the product list page. Once you click into one of these products and click Save, it will remove the flag for that product.
ImprovedItem Count in Register
We now display the item count in the Register, on the right side next to the Total. Fabric is always counted as one item, regardless of the number of yards in the line items you sell. Other products will look at the Quantity field for the item count. The Items Sold count will also display on the receipt.
Floor Model - We've added an option to condition levels for products titled "Floor Model." We realized that this is a condition that most stores needed.
Rental Profiles (Rent to Own / Rent to Rent)
Many times you will need to collect different amounts for an RTO/RTR contract depending on the item you are renting out. Some items require a higher deposit, some charge different maintenance, etc. You can now create a rental profile where you can customize the following:
- Security Deposit
- Down Payment
- Up-Front Payments
- Maintenance (can customize tax)
- Protection (can customize tax)
Information is populated in the Register and you can still make manual changes like you do now.

Web Order Packing Slip
Added a barcode to the top of the web order printed packing slip under Products > Orders, when viewing a transaction. Simply scan the order in either the global search (the Search field in the blue Admin Toolbar at the top of the window) or in the transaction search within the Orders module, and it will take you straight to the Order Details page.
There is no longer a limitation on the number of class seats you can specify. It is now a text field where any number is allowed. Before, there was a list of limited options on the number of seats you could choose. Not entering a number puts the seat count at Unlimited
Barcodes on Quotes
Added a barcode to the bottom of a printed Quote. If the Quote barcode is scanned into the Global Search at the top of the page (in the blue Admin Toolbar), then it will load the Quote into the Register. This will make looking up a Quote for a customer much faster.
Sale Price on Category Page
Updated the Category page in the web view of the Products module so that visitors will see products listed with the Sale price as well as the regular Price the same way it is displayed on the product page. Previously, it just displayed the sale price without showing that it was discounted.
Product Search in Quotes Module
You can now search by product across all your Quotes under POS > Quotes. Searching for a product (Ttitle, SKU, UPC, etc.) in the Quotes module search field will filter the list of Quotes down to all that contain that product.
Classes Report Attendee Information
Updated the Classes report page to include a complete breakdown of the class seats. It now displays Available Seats, Sold Seats, and Total Seats. Total seats doesn't display if seats are set to unlimited.
Fixed issue where the name of the coupon / discount used on the order was not displaying from within the order.
Fixed an issue where refunds would process through the gateway, but the transaction would still show as being captured and not refunded within our system.
Bulk Add from Catalog
Fixed an issue where you could not click on the checkbox to select an item when trying to bulk add from the product catalog.
Fixed an issue where the Global Search wasn't working on all pages of the system.
Low Inventory Report
Fixed an issue where the primary vendor for some products was showing up blank in the report, but the primary vendor was actually assigned and visible within the product page.
