Our normal hours during which phone support is available at 385-404-6200 are Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm, and Saturday from 8:30am to 5pm Mountain Time. For support emails you send us at support@rainpos.com, we do our best to reply within 24 hours on business days.
During our work week, our Support team has a couple of times where they are in meetings. Here is the current meeting schedule for the Rain Support team:
Tuesdays at 9:30am to 10:00am Mountain Time - Weekly Support Team Meeting. During this half hour as we are educating our team on new system functions, bug issues, and other critical information, we are unavailable by phone. If you call in, you will be directed to leave a voice message and the team will return your call as soon as they are back from the meeting.
Fridays from 3:00pm to 4:00pm Mountain Time - Weekly Company Meeting. During this hour we review important company information. We are unavailable by phone. If you call in, you will be directed to leave a voice message and the team will return your call as soon as they are back from the meeting.
Second Friday of the Month from 12:00pm to 1:00pm Mountain Time - Company Lunch. We have lunch once per month as a company unity activity. We are unavailable by phone. If you call in, you will be directed to leave a voice message and the team will return your call as soon as they are back from lunch. On this day, we do not have our normal 3pm meeting, and will be available for phone calls during that hour.
