You can find your RTO reports by clicking on Reports in the blue Admin Toolbar, they are on the far right of the list and include the Rent to Own report, RTO Commissions, and Cost Depreciation.
Rent to Own Report
The Rent to Own Report will itemize all active RTO contracts with the newest at the top of the list. You are able to see the ID number of the contract, the Customer name, the date the contract Started, its Status, the duration of Time Out in days the contract has been active, the Total Collected, Next Due Date and Next Due Amount, and any Overdue Amount that might exist. You can click on the column headers to sort in descending/alphabetical order and click again to reverse.
RTO Commissions Report
If you need to track monthly commissions on RTO items, this report will break them down by Rep, also showing the RTO Contract Number, the Date the commission was earned, what the Commission Split percentage was, the Principle + Interest, any Maintenance fees, Protection fees, the Tax, and the Total commission to be paid. You can click on the column headers to sort in descending/alphabetical order and click again to reverse. You can adjust the Date Range, Print the visible data, or Export it to a spreadsheet file (.csv).
Cost Depreciation Report
Please Note: Cost Depreciation is currently in open beta, so if you don't see it in your list of available reports, go to the Gear Button > Beta Features, find it near the bottom of the list and you can turn it on from there. Be sure to Save at the bottom of the page once you're done.
Your Cost Depreciation Report is how you can track your depreciation expense for your rental inventory. For each item, you will see the Department, Title, Serial Number, the ID number of the Current Contract in which it is being rented, the item's Original Cost, Accumulated Depreciation, and its Book Value. You can click on the column headers to sort in descending/alphabetical order and click again to reverse. You can Search for specific items, filter by Department, Print the visible data, or Export it to a spreadsheet file (.csv).
