Custom Purchase Order Number in Register for InvoicingWe have added the ability to input a custom PO number for an Invoice while in the Register. This is helpful for stores that need to use the customer’s PO number while making a new invoice.

Worldpay: Return Any Transaction to a Credit Card
If you use Worldpay as your integrated processor, you can now run a Return for any transaction and have the funds go to a credit card, even if there was not a card used on the original transaction.
Improved
Honor Void Permission for Employees
We have a permission in the User Groups of the Rain system for only allowing certain users to be able to void transactions. We now hide the Void button if the user does not have permission enabled for their group.
Rent to Own in Sales Summary Report
We now show a line in the Sales Summary report that gives a total of RTO/RTR income for the given time period. Stores that use RTO/RTR would previously see very low numbers on the Sales Summary and very high numbers on the End of Day report, which has listed the RTO numbers for some time, and this caused confusion. RTO/RTR payments are not a traditional sale, so it is listed as Rental Income on the report, as pictured below.

Product Page User Interface Improvements for Product Styles & Options
We once again released the improved functionality for this area, after fixing several issues. We have made a few small changes to the product page in the Styles and Options area, and added some functionality:
1. We have made many back-end improvements to speed up this page, specifically for products with many styles. With these changes, you should confidently be able to have a few hundred styles without concern.
2. Collapsed the style list to just the total of each style. This information was redundant, and products with hundreds of styles caused this to take up the entire page.
3. Added a search/filter to find styles easily when there are many on the page.

Delete Manual Invoice Credits
We added the ability to delete customer credits made when Invoicing is enabled. If the credit was manually made, there will be an X at the end of the line where the store can delete the credit. If you want to get rid of a credit that was purchased or given through a refund, you would take care of those through the transaction through traditional return or void methods.

Invoice Balance Report Fix
Fixed an issue that was causing the Invoice Balance report to not show the correct totals in the correct aging columns. When customers have outstanding invoices, they will now show in the correct aging column (0-30 days, 31-60 days, and 90+ days).
Subscriptions Module Fixes
1) We have fixed an issue where Subscription registration fees from sign-ups on the web were not automatically capturing funds if the store’s settings were set to Authorization Only for the Checkout Method. Expected functionality is that with sign-ups that only contained a registration fee, the order will automatically be marked as shipped and funds will be captured as there is no fulfillment that is yet needed for such orders. If any other items are on the order then the process will function as a regular web order.
2) We have fixed an issue where stores that had NMI as their processing gateway and who did not have Point of Sale enabled were not having Subscriptions automatically run. All Subscriptions that didn’t process should have processed late last week.
3) Fixed an issue that allowed someone to be signed up for a subscription without adding a card if the clerk refreshed the browser while the modal was open.
4) Fixed an issue that was not charging tax on subscription registration fees.
Product Page Save Bug
We have fixed an issue that caused some product styles to disappear when adding images over a slow network. We have heard reports for some time about styles and options suddenly disappearing, and we hope this fix will stop that from happening.
Worldpay: Rent to Own Security Deposit Return To Card
Fixed a bug that was not allowing RTO security deposits to be returned to the credit card. In fixing this, we also made it so that Worldpay users can now return any transaction to a credit card.
Product Page Options & Styles Area Improvements
We have fixed the issues caused by this new user interface and functionality change and have released this again. We'll be keeping a close eye on this to make sure it doesn't cause further problems. The description for the functionality is above in the Improvements section.
Email Marketing Links
We have fixed an issue that caused links in product marketing emails to go to the wrong store’s home page. They will now link to the correct product for the correct store.
Vendor Integration Overriding Products
We have fixed an issue that was causing Purchase Orders created automatically from some vendors to only post one item, and duplicate it for the number of items on the entire order. We saw this specifically with EE Schenck orders and some QT Fabrics orders. This fix did not alter any data, so if you have a PO that did this you are encouraged to delete the order and the duplicate products. If you need an order to be run again after that please let our Support team know and we can facilitate that for you.
