Local delivery sounds like a great idea right now, especially since many of us are being forced to close our doors, but for local delivery to work, we need a better way to define "local" other than just by state. Some states are huge! I'm not about to drive hundreds of miles across my state to deliver an order! For local, we need to be able to select a radius of whatever distance we are willing to drive (most pizza delivery limits it to a 10-mile radius). Please figure out how we can select a radius for local delivery. All ZIP codes within that radius should be a relatively easy way to do it.

I agree with Christina.  This needs to have the ability to enter a zip code and determine a radius by miles.

I like this option, but I agree we need to set a radius.  If that is not an option, maybe list your local delivery as "Local Delivery - 20 miles"

We have updated this feature so that you can specify postal codes / zip codes within which you would be willing to do delivery. So you can now define that for shipping methods you have set up this way, please take a look at the updated content in the article!

I tried turning this on using Postal Codes (Canada) and it doesn't work.  I see the option for local delivery regardless of where the customer is from.  Is this functionality only usable if we are not using Paypal as the payment processor?  No where during checkout are customers asked for postal codes (like in the examples) for us because all that is collected in Paypal.

Tried enabling this brilliant idea here in the UK and it doesn't show - I can set it all up in the settings, but it doesn't show up in the checkout.  Stuart
